Four Seasons' First Luxury Yacht Sets Sail Next Year—Here’s What to Expect from Its 11 Bars and Restaurants
Fresh from its January float-out at the Fincantieri shipyard in Ancona, Italy, Four Seasons I is one step closer to its highly anticipated debut in January 2026. The luxury yacht is set to redefine the art of dining at sea, with an impressive collection of 11 restaurants and bars that promise to blend culinary excellence with the glamour of the yachting lifestyle.
Building upon the world-renowned Four Seasons culinary legacy, which spans over 600 restaurants and bars worldwide—including 33 Michelin Stars across 24 locations—Four Seasons I is poised to elevate the dining experience on the high seas. The yacht itself is an epitome of luxury, measuring 679 feet long and housing only 95 suites, ensuring an intimate and exclusive experience for all guests.
Among the standout offerings is Sedna, the yacht's fine dining centerpiece. Designed to be a “stage for the world’s top culinary talent,” Sedna will feature a rotating roster of master chefs-in-residence from Four Seasons’ global properties. When a guest chef is not onboard, the menu will focus on modern French cuisine with international influences. A private dining room with space for up to 10 guests adds an extra layer of exclusivity.
For a more relaxed, yet equally stylish experience, Terrasse offers an indoor-outdoor dining concept that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With its open kitchen and live culinary stations, the restaurant’s design evokes the casual yet sophisticated ambiance of the Côte d’Azur, while the menu will highlight seasonal dishes made from locally sourced ingredients.
Meanwhile, Miuna offers an intimate, omakase dining experience, limited to just 16 guests per seating. Guests can indulge in bespoke beverage pairings, including rare sakes and Japanese-inspired cocktails, for an unforgettable culinary journey.
In addition to the restaurants, Four Seasons I boasts seven distinct bars and lounges, each with its own character. Guests can enjoy a refined afternoon tea at Salon, the yacht’s elegant ‘living room,’ or sip on vintage rosé jeroboams at Bar Piscine, a poolside venue featuring a roaming Mojito bar where ice is hand-carved before their eyes.
For those looking for a more refined experience, Champagne & Caviar offers a decadent selection of rare caviar paired with Grand Cru and grower Champagnes, along with other premium sparkling wines. Horizon Lounge, inspired by Moroccan design, will transport guests to the Levant with exotic cocktails and flavors, all enjoyed around a plunge pool. Meanwhile, Bar O will combine vintage liquors with tableside mixology in a glamorous Art Deco setting, and the Cigar Lounge will offer rare spirits and fine chocolate, complemented by the perfect cigar.
The culinary adventure continues at the Marina Bar, located at the aft of the yacht. This exclusive venue will offer beach club vibes, sun loungers, and light bites when the yacht is at anchor. As the night falls, the space will transform into a stargazing deck, where guests can enjoy cocktail service under the stars. The Pistachio café, a pastel-hued spot, will serve fresh coffee and sweet treats to round out the offerings.
Alejandro Reynal, President and CEO of Four Seasons, emphasized the importance of dining on the yacht, stating, “Our restaurants and bars are the heartbeat of our hotels, and when we set sail in 2026, the same will be true aboard Four Seasons I, creating moments of connection, celebration, and culinary excellence at sea.”
Four Seasons I will offer a daily complimentary breakfast, with all other dining and beverage experiences available à la carte. A children’s menu will be available, and children five and under will dine for free.
Set to debut in the Caribbean for winter and spring sailings, Four Seasons I will then cross over to the Mediterranean for its summer itineraries, providing guests with a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience at sea.
